About the Role
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical
feasibility
2. Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed
3. Identify activity owner, as well as a clear timeline and success criteria
4. Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process
5. Holds owners accountable for their commitments and conduct project team meetings
6. Provide status updates to management and identify and resolve issues that may arise and ensure on-
time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
7. Manage and address project conflicts, issues, risks and expectations and ensure they are escalated or
addressed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree or bachelor’s Degree in computer science/information technology, software
engineering or equivalent
2. Strong grasp of the English language
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Project management related certification such as Agile, PMP, Prince II or equivalent
Requirements
1. 5-8 years of project management experience within IT. Investment banking knowledge is a plus
2. Experience in a full cycle of software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle
3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
5. A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
